SHIPPING

If you need your products faster than 3-5 day shipping cycle, please contact us and we can arrange for faster service at an additional charge.

PLEASE NOTE: We will ship the best way, Priority Mail, First Class or Fed Ex. You should receive your package within 2-5 days after shipment.

In Continental U.S. (does not includes Alaska and Hawaii) shipping and handling charges are as follows:

• $0-$10 - $2.99
• $10.01-$30 - $4.99
• $30.01-$50.00 - $6.99
• $50.01-$75.00 - $8.99

We Local!

If you live locally we will deliver your products free of charge to your home if you order is over $49. As long as we see that your address is a Gainesville, Florida address we will know to deliver it to the address specified.

RETURNS

Returns and exchanges are accepted within 30 days of order date. There is no re-stocking fee. All returned items must be clean, unwashed and unused. Items with any unusual odor or if pet hair is present these items cannot be returned. Please call or e-mail before returning any item for details for return instructions. The customer is responsible for return shipping charges if the item is being exchanged due to ordering the wrong size, color, or if it is an item you do not like. The original shipping charge will not be refunded.

Please contact us if you have received a defective item, return shipping will not be charged.

We guarantee all of our products up to 60 days for workmanship/material defects. Please feel free to contact us if you have any questions or if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase. We will try to accommodate you the best we can.
